CLASS NOTICE: On September 15, 2021, the
Claims Administrator conducted the initial distribution of settlement funds to
eligible claimants, as approved by order of the Court.
A second distribution occurred in November 2022. A third distribution occurred in July 2024. Subsequent distributions will occur on a rolling basis.

The Parties have reached a settlement for $20,000,000 in cash (the “Settlement”) for the benefit of the Settlement Class.
On November 19, 2020, the Court held a
hearing on approval of the Settlement and related matters and announced that it
would approve the Settlement. On November
20, 2020, the Court entered a Judgment approving the Settlement and orders
approving the proposed Plan of Allocation and awarding attorneys’ fees and
litigation expenses.
The Settlement Class
consists of:
all persons and entities (including, without
limitation, their beneficiaries) who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded common
stock of Impinj, Inc. (“Impinj”) during the period of July 21, 2016 through February 15, 2018, inclusive
(the “Class Period”), and were damaged thereby.
The Settlement Class includes, but is not limited to, those persons and entities who purchased or
otherwise acquired their Impinj common stock in, pursuant to, or traceable to
the Company’s July 21, 2016 initial public offering or December 2, 2016
secondary public offering during the Class Period and were damaged thereby. Excluded
from the Settlement Class by definition are certain persons and entities (see
paragraph 22 of the Notice) or those who requested exclusion pursuant to the
instructions set forth in the Notice (see paragraphs 51 to 53 of the Notice).

The processing of claims and a data integrity audit were concluded in the first quarter of 2021. On May 19, 2021, Lead Plaintiff filed a motion with the Court for permission to conduct the initial distribution of the settlement funds to eligible class members. The Court approved the Distribution Motion on June 21, 2021. The Claims Administrator completed the Initial Distribution to Court-approved Claimants in September 2021. A second distribution occurred in November 2022. A third distribution occurred in July 2024. Subsequent distributions will occur on a rolling basis, provided that net settlement funds are available.
